Water-Energy-Food Nexus Short Course

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Water Sector Group, in collaboration with IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, is launching an online training course entitled “Water-Energy-Food Nexus Short Course: A roadmap towards a greener, more circular and less carbon intensive agriculture production” .

The course will introduce the conceptual and theoretical background underpinning the evolution of the WEF Nexus as a topical development agenda; as well as the current approaches to assessing the WEF Nexus at the local, national and regional levels. It will introduce state-of-the-art nexus assessment tools that can be used by participating agencies in developing a roadmap for transition toward greener, more circular and lower carbon intensive agricultural production.
